Privacy Policy

The short version

Nudgy runs entirely on your Mac. We collect no personal data, no analytics, and nothing ever leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Nudgy does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. Specifically:

• No usage analytics or telemetry
• No crash reports sent to any server
• No account registration or login required
• No identifiers, device info, or IP addresses are recorded

Screen recording permission

Nudgy requests macOS Screen Recording permission to capture your screen when you invoke it. This permission is granted by you through macOS System Settings and is used solely to take screenshots on your device. Screenshots are processed locally and are never uploaded anywhere.

Screenshots and annotations

All screenshots you capture and annotations you create are stored locally on your Mac in the location you choose (Downloads folder by default). Nudgy does not have access to any cloud storage and does not upload files to any server.

Downloads

The Nudgy .dmg installer is hosted on Cloudflare R2. When you download it, Cloudflare may log standard server access information (IP address, timestamp) per their own privacy policy. We do not receive or retain this data.

Third-party services

This marketing website (get-nudged.online) does not use any third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts.

Changes to this policy

If we ever make material changes to this policy (for example, if a future version of Nudgy adds optional cloud features), we will update this page and note the date above.
